Shipping Policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Merchandise that is dropshipped from a third party vendor will ship as soon as all the order packages are received from participating vendors. Usually, it takes about 2-3 business days for vendors to drop off the order packages. If we anticipate a longer lead time, you will be notified by email or telephone.

Note, during holidays, you may experience slight delays. Please note actual delivery time are subject to courier service and weather conditions.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

We offer you the option of shipping providers at checkout. We currently ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are determined primarily by carrier, weight, box size, and shipping destination but can be impacted by other factors such as seasonal fluctuations, residential or rural delivery address, etc. 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free on orders over $100. All orders with free shipping are shipped via USPS. All other orders will have shipping calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the address it is being delivered to.  

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is processed you will receive your tracking number via email or text depending on the contact method that was entered at checkout.  

MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are not responsible for any items and packages lost during transit nor for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier. Please contact your mail carrier. If after contacting the shipping provider you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at support@monicamichelleboutique.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you. 

I CHECKED OUT WITH THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please send us an email to support@monicamichelleboutique.com for a shipping address change request within 24 hours. For requests made after 24 hours, we may or may not be able to fulfill the shipping address change request.

All buyers must input accurate shipping information in order placement. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address. Any return shipping fees resulting from incorrect address will not be refunded. Any additional shipping fees due to incorrect address will be the buyer’s responsibility.

DOES MONICAMICHELLE BOUTIQUE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, MonicaMichelle Boutique only ships within the United States. We are currently working to expand to other countries to provide more affordable shipping cost options.
